Would you like to be a Peer Support Volunteer?
Peer Support is when people who’ve been through similar tough times come together to help each other. It’s all about making friends and sharing ways to feel better.
Here’s how it works:
- We bring people together in safe places in the community to talk and support each other.
- Everyone talks about their experiences and helps each other find ways to feel better.
- If you join, you’ll have your own Peer Support Worker. They’ve been through tough times too, so they understand. They’ll help you set goals and work towards them.
If you’re interested or have questions, you can email our Peer Support Project Worker at [email protected]. They’ll be happy to help!
