Self-soothe workshop
Join the Peer Support team at Mind in West Essex and Laura from Dragonfly Wellness CIC for a wellbeing workshop designed to give you a space to relax and take away tools on how to self-soothe through difficult moments.
This workshop will include:
- A relaxing and grounding meditation journey.
- Learning breathing techniques to help calm and regulate the nervous system.
- Creating positive affirmation cards and your own essential oil spray.
- Building and taking home your very own ‘self-soothe box’ filled with items that can be used for comfort and self-care in times of distress.
Date: Wednesday 23rd April, 12-2pm.
Location: 3Food4U Community Centre, 47 Highbridge Street, Waltham Abbey, EN9 1BD.
